1.Control system: Machine is controlled by Siemens PLC +Lenovo PC,with stable performance; high precision of profile repetition can avoid product loss attributed by abnormal running of the computer.
2.Conveyor system: Guide rail is with special design,hard out of shape; Width adjust applies to the four point wore and gear design,adjust accurate and smooth.Titanium alloy conveyor finger,strengthen and wear resistance.
3.Spray system： SMC cylinder+Japan ST-06 spray nozzle. Spray speed,stroke can adjust. Spray is uniformity.Flux collection system are optional.
4.Preheating system: Longer preheating zone,modular design,high precise temp control.
5.Welding system: Patent solder tank design,both of two waves width can be adjustable,minimize the oxidation of the tin oven.Lead free solder tank,longer lifespan.Solder temperature control accuracy ± 1°. Wave crest controlled by the stepless frequency convesision speed control.
6.Cooling system: Forced air cooling + Cooling fan.
